At AR Mobile Auto Detailing, we take great pride in the quality of our work and the satisfaction of our customers. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed.
Why We Have a No Refund Policy
Our detailing services are tailored specifically to each vehicle and begin the moment our technician arrives on-site. Because of the time, labor, and materials involved, we cannot offer refunds once the service has started or been completed.
Customer Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the results of your detailing service, please let us know within 24 hours of the appointment. We will do our best to address any concerns and, when applicable, offer a resolution such as a complimentary touch-up or re-cleaning of missed areas.
